Pixelmay is a digital design platform offering premium, commercially licensed design files for download. We operate the Pixelmay website at pixelmay.com and all related services. By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Pixelmay, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

2. Prohibited Conduct

By using the Service you agree not to:

A. Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations

B. Violate or encourage others to violate third party rights, including intellectual property rights

C. Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate

H. Use any design to create a similar or competing design resource platform

3. Eligibility

The Service is intended for users who are at least 13 years old. By using Pixelmay, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

Note that the Pixelmay license does not include the right to use:

A. Trademarks, logos, or brands that appear in the designs

B. Recognizable images of real people

C. Works of art or authorship that appear within the designs

4. User Accounts

Some features of Pixelmay require a subscription. By subscribing, you gain access to our premium design library. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Pixelmay, including designs, graphics, logos, and text, is the property of Pixelmay and is protected by applicable copyright laws. Downloading a design grants you a usage license as described in our License page, but does not transfer ownership.

6. Purchases

By making a purchase on Pixelmay, you agree to provide accurate billing information. You agree to keep your account information current so we can complete your transactions and reach you when needed.

7. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment information.

8. Refund Policy

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds. If you have questions about our plans or designs before subscribing, please contact us — we are happy to help before you commit.

9. Limitation of Liability

Pixelmay is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any downloaded design files.

10. Termination

If you breach any of these terms, your access to the Service will be terminated. We also reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.
